In 2007, he founded Blu Realty, later joined by Nermine, to deliver consulting and development for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use destinations. Their U.S. track record includes luxury glamping projects under Terramor Outdoor Resorts (a Kampgrounds of America brand) and the successful predevelopment and sale of Shenandoah North to Post CardCabins (now part of Marriott) for a 7× return.
